تكون أشدّ ما تكون ألمًا بسبب محنة إخوانك، وتسلط المجرمين على المؤمنين، فضلًا عن آلامك الخاصة، فتقرأ قوله تعالى: "يُدبِّرُ الأمر" فكأن بردًا نزل بقلبك.. سبحان الله العظيم، حروف قليلة فيها من المعاني والراحة النفسية ما تعجز كتب عن وصفه!
وما وجدت في تفسير "يُدبِّرُ الأمر" أبدع من قول البقاعي: "تنزيلُ الأمور في مراتبها مع إحكامِ عواقبها".. فكأن المعنى؛ اعمل على ضعفك، وتَحمّل ألمك، وخُذ بالأسباب على قِلتها، وهو "يُدبِّرُ الأمر"، يُتمُ الخير ويُحْكمُ النتائج!

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
