خليني أقولك حاجة مهمة جدًا قبل ما نجاوب على السؤال ده وهي:
إن كل ما الإنسان قرب من ربنا، كل ما عاش في سلام نفسي، وطمأنينة، وراحة داخلية أكتر. وده أمر مفيهوش شك، والدين فعلًا بيكون مصدر دعم وقوة كبيرة لينا. ( ربنا يرزقنا القرب منه دايمًا يا رب )
لكن ده مش معناه إن الاكتئاب أو أي مرض نفسي بيكون دايمًا سببه البُعد عن ربنا أو ضعف الإيمان.
لأن في بعض الأحيان، ولأسباب طبية بحتة، بيكون المريض محتاج علاج دوائي أو جلسات علاج نفسي.
وعلشان كده مهم جدًا إننا نبطل نلوم المريض النفسي ونقوله: "أصل إنت بعيد عن ربنا"... لأن مش دايمًا ده بيكون السبب!
وخد بالك: اللوم بالطريقة دي ممكن يدخل المريض في مشاكل أكبر من التعب النفسي ذاته... مشاكل ربنا يكفينا ويكفيكم شرّها يا رب.
والمشاكل دي بتحصل لما المريض يبدأ يقرب من ربنا ومايحسّش بتحسن، لأنه في الحقيقة محتاج علاج نفسي أو دوائي.
