Площадь: ▪️нежилого помещения не менее 30 кв. м и не более 300 кв. м. ▪️машино-места не менее 13,25 кв. м и не более 22,32 кв. м. ▪️год постройки – с 2000 года (включительно).
*ранее данные объекты могли заложить только зарплатные клиенты банка.
