Свою жизнь при советской власти отец Владимир описал в протоколе допроса так: «где я работал священником, на меня сволочи наложили очень великий налог, я его не выполнил, так у меня отобрали всё имущество, сюда переехал и здесь сволочь председатель сельсовета навязал займу на 100 рублей, а где мне их взять, надо тоже отсюда удирать, и всё нас давит эта безбожная власть. Я это недовольство высказал, потому что у меня всё отобрали».

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
