Фестиваль реализуется в рамках Всероссийского конкурса молодежных проектов Росмолодежи.
В течение трех дней участники проходили обучение сразу по 10 направлениям. Программа фестиваля собрала в себе не только лекции и мастер-классы от приглашенных экспертов и лидеров студенческого движения региона, но и посещение интерактивных площадок от организаторов и партнеров проекта.
