Софт уже тестируют в Ленинском, Истре, Балашихе, Одинцовском, Люберцах, Королёве и Щёлкове. Если проект покажет эффективность, его масштабируют на всю страну.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
