انقلاب علمی (scientific revolution) در تاریخ علم به دورهای در قرون وسطی گفته میشود که ایدهها و کشفیات جدید در فیزیک، ستارهشناسی، زیستشناسی، کالبدشناسی، شیمی و دیگر رشتههای مشابه، موجب کنار گذاشتن نظرات مرتبط با یونان باستان شد. بسیاری از محققان معتقدند که انقلاب علمی با انتشار کتاب درباره گردش اجرام آسمانی اثر نیکلاس کوپرنیک و ساختار بدن انسان اثر آندرئاس وزالیوس که در ۱۵۴۳ منتشر شدند و تا قرن ۱۷ تأثیرگذار بودند، شروع شد. انقلاب علمی پس از پایان رنسانس فراگیر شد و در قرن هجدهم ادامه پیدا کرد و بر جنبش فکری-اجتماعی آن زمان که با نام روشنگری شناخته میشود تأثیر گذاشت. اولین بار الکساندر کویره این واژه را در ۱۹۳۹ برای اشاره به دوره ذکر شده، استفاده کرد.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
