🔹️فیلتر از گوشی‌های تلفن همراه، با این خبر مواجه شد که «فقط "واتساپ و گوگل‌پلی" رفع فیلتر شدند».این خبر بدان معناست که رفع کامل فیلتر از فضای مجازی هنوز محقق نشده و فروشندگان «وی‌پی‌ان» همچنان می‌توانند از این طریق ارتزاق کرده و به کسب درآمدهای میلیاردی ادامه دهند.
🔸این درحالیست که مسئولان دولت چهاردهم معتقدند که رئیس جمهور پزشکیان، فیلترینگ را در شأن مردم و کشور نمی‌داند و شأن ایرانیان، فراتر از آن است که مطابق سلیقه اقلیتی «خودمردم‌پندار» محصور شوند و موظف به حرکت در زمین بازی تنگ و محدود آنها باشند.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
