«Этого не будет, мы сегодня принимаем все меры для того, чтобы возобновить работу, восстановить движение транспорта, востановить газо-, водоснабжение, энергоснабжение».
Это едва ли не первое прямое обращение представителей власти к горожанам за последние крайне тяжелые для Донецка недели.
