Напомним, Народное Собрание РД подало апелляционную жалобу и пытается оспорить данное решение Верховного суда Республики Дагестан.
По нашему мнению, попытка Народного Собрания оспорить решение Верховного суда РД выглядит противоречащей Посланию Главы Дагестана Сергея Меликова к Народному Собранию РД, содержащего в себе том числе и вопросы внесения изменений в законодательство республики, которые способстврвали бв решению проблем установления границ населенных пунктов в зоне отгонного животноводства.
