🗳️Механизм «Мобильный избиратель» дает возможность избирателю проголосоватьна выборах губернатора Краснодарского края, если место его нахождения в день голосования не совпадает с местом его регистрации. Заявление о включении в список избирателей для голосования по месту нахождения можно подать с 28 июля по 8 сентября 2025 года в территориальной избирательной комиссии, через МФЦ или портал Госуслуг. С 3 сентября до 14:00 8 сентября 2025 года заявления также будут оформляться в участковых избирательных комиссиях. Территориальные избирательные комиссии принимают заявления в будни с 14:00 до 18:00, в выходные – с 10:00 до 14:00. Участковые комиссии работают в будни с 16:00 до 20:00, в выходные и 8 сентября – с 10:00 до 14:00. В МФЦ заявления принимаются согласно графику работы учреждения.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
