⚡️Уссурийская городская прокуратура признала законным возбуждение уголовного дела о превышении полномочий, при изъятии у опекунов несовершеннолетней, 2016 г.р.
Проверка показала, что не приняв мер к соблюдению прав ребенка, под предлогом дальнейшего возвращения отцу, решение об опеке было скоропостижно отменено, а девочка изъята из семьи, где воспитывалась на протяжении более 5 лет и помещена в Уссурийский социально- реабилитационный центр, оказавшись в условиях психотравмирующей ситуации.
По материалам прокурорской проверки возбуждено уголовного дела по п. «д», ч. 3 ст. 286 УК РФ, ход и результаты расследования которого поставлены на контроль.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
