Скульптура будет обращена лицом к Софийскому собору.
Установка памятника Ивану Грозному уже проходит необходимые согласования, идет обсуждение параметров памятника и технических особенностей реализации этого проекта.
Изменится облик и Кремлевской площади, территорию отремонтируют силами одного из крупнейших череповецких промышленных холдингов.
