🔹Третий секретарь Посольства В.Ильин рассказал об интеллектуальном наследии Б.Боганды и его влиянии на формирование центральноафриканской государственности. Б.Боганда рассматривал независимость ЦАР в рамках более широкой федерации государств Центральной Африки. Эта идея нашла воплощение в национальном флаге ЦАР.

🔹Лекция завершилась викториной, победители которой получили памятные призы от "Русского дома".

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
