Об этом сегодня заявил министр иностранных дел КНР Ван И на переговорах со своим афганским коллегой Мохаммадом Ханифом Атмаром в Душанбе.
По словам Ван И, сейчас самое важное - предотвратить гражданскую войну и не позволить террористическим элементам превратить Афганистан в свою базу. Министр также призвал талибов (движение запрещено в РФ) отмежеваться от всех террористических группировок.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
