Китайские власти проводят политику преследования последователей «Фалуньгун», а в России в 2020 году семь организаций, имеющих отношение к этому движению, были объявлены «нежелательными».
Следствие утверждает, что двое жителей Краснодарского края организовывали собрания и встречи для последователей движения и распространяли информацию об учении «Фалуньгун». Суммарно СК провели около 20 обысков, в ходе которых были изъяты электронные устройства, литература, находящаяся под запретом и другие предметы.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
