توضیح دوره : ما از کودکی ۵ نیاز بنیادی داریم که اگه در کودکی درست برآورده نشه، ممکنه در نوجوانی و بزرگسالی مشکلاتی : مثل وابستگی، اعتماد به نفس پایین ، ترس از دست دادن، احساس بی کفایتی ، احساس بی‌ثباتی عاطفی و سختی در برقراری روابط اجتماعی پیش بیاد….
