Постепенно планируется отказаться от хранения персональных данных пользователей на "Госуслугах" и перейти на так называемую ведомственную онлайн-витрину: когда все данные хранятся непосредственно в базах ведомств и будут доступны для оказания госуслуг через систему электронного взаимодействия.
А теперь прочитаем п.3 ст.5 ФЗ-152 "О персональных данных":
Не допускается объединение баз данных, содержащих персональные данные, обработка которых осуществляется в целях, несовместимых между собой.
Видится, что кто-то [Роскомнадзор] халатно относится к выполнению возложенных функций по надзору и пресечению нарушений.
