Приход Путина на 20-летие RT - шаг правильный. При всей необходимости приоритета внутренней политики, спокойно жить и заниматься только собой России никто не даст. И потому необходимо работать на максимально возможном количестве языков. Где-то в виде ТВ, а где-то хватит сайта и интернет-радио...
Работа с общественным мнением других стран необходима. Чем меньше там врагов - тем больше возможностей заниматься внутренними делами.
По мере возможности и появления на RT я сам стараюсь этим тоже заниматься. Да и в двух моих каналах я занимаюсь этим постоянно.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
