На мой взгляд, там деревья не нужны… может пара фонтанов. А так это концертная площадка и деревья, насаждения сильно усложнят работу со звуком, светом, конструкциями, работу рождественского рынка. Да и исторический вид сохранят (да, когда-то там было пару кустов и грядки картошки)

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
