در چهل‌وششمین جلسه کمیته آب و محیط زیست خانه هم‌افزایی انرژی و آب استان، دکتر عباس مفیدی، اقلیم‌شناس و عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، تأکید کرد:
🔹 باروری ابرها فقط در مقیاس محدود مؤثر است 🔹 نمی‌توان به آن به‌عنوان راهبرد کلان تأمین آب تکیه کرد 🔹 تفکیک بارش طبیعی از مصنوعی از چالش‌های مهم این فناوری است 🔹 بزرگ‌نمایی کارکرد این پروژه‌ها انحراف از واقعیت علمی است
📌 این جلسه، با حضور فعال متخصصان، نمونه‌ای از پیوند علم و مدیریت برای حل مسائل آبی استان بود.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
