➡️Шаг 1. Запишите 25 главных целей на год. У меня это заняло почти весь день раздумий, но стоило того. Дайте себе время обязательно 🫶🏻
➡️Шаг 2. Выделите самые важные для вас 5 пунктов. В результате у вас будет 2 списка, как на моём первом скрине.
➡️Шаг 3. Откажитесь от списка менее приоритетных целей, пока не выполните 5 важнейших. Этот пункт меня немного взбодрил, если быть честной, так как я не знала, что придется отказываться, когда писала список 😂
Оказывается, из-за того, что мы концентрируемся на низкоприоритетных вещах, мы упускаем то, что важнее. И разделение на списки показывает, где наши приоритеты. Поэтому, пока не выполните критически важные, другие выполнять просто нельзя.
Ваши ставки/мысли?) Дойду я вообще до менее приоритетных целей? 🤨 А то там столько классного, капец 🙄 #цели2025
