Соответствующим соглашением предусмотрено увеличение минимального гарантированного объема отгрузок продукции «ФосАгро» с 3 до 4 млн т и в дальнейшем до 5 млн т. Удобрения будут переваливаться через «Петролеспорт» и «Первый контейнерный терминал» в Большом порту Санкт-Петербург, а также «Усть-Лужский контейнерный терминал» в одноименном порту в Ленобласти.
