دکتر مهدی حسینی رییس اداره‌ی سلامت روان فراجا، با رد دخالت فراجا در تهیه‌ی آیین‌نامه‌ی جدید و با اشاره به روند جامعی که ده سال است در فراجا برای ارزیابی و پایش رانندگان پرخطر اعلام کرد برخی اصناف در متقاعد ساختن دولت برای تهیه‌ی این قاعده‌ی جدید نقش داشته‌اند.
دکتر حسینی در بخش دوم سخنانش با اشاره به برخی فرآیندهای در حال اجرا در بررسی اثر اختلال روان‌‌پزشکی در محروم ساختن افراد از رانندگی اشاره کرد که سایکوز یا اختلال دوقطبی در فاز حاد باعث محرومیت‌های موقت می‌شود، اما همواره این مساله با نظر روان‌‌پزشک معالج قابل تجدیدنظر است.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
