Доля ипотечных заемщиков в возрасте от 18 до 20 лет в России выросла за 2024 год. В четвертом квартале они получили 1,6% новых кредитов на жилье, хотя годом ранее эта возрастная группа вообще не выделялась в статистике.
Больше половины ипотеки (65,1%) по-прежнему берут россияне 30-50 лет, но тенденция на омоложение заемщиков наметилась, если опираться на оценки Банка России.
