Это произошло на I Всероссийском съезде союзов рабочей и крестьянской молодежи, на котором 195 делегатов приняли историческое решение — объединить разрозненные молодежные организации в РКСМ с единым центром.
В 1924 году организации присвоили имя Ленина, а в 1926-м РЛКСМ был переименован во Всесоюзный ленинский коммунистический союз молодежи (ВЛКСМ). Всего за годы существования организации через ее ряды прошли свыше 200 миллионов человек.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
