در روزهایی که خاک وطن از عطر خون پاک‌ترین فرزندانش آکنده است، مجمع انجمن‌های علمی دانشگاه زنجان با دلی آکنده از اندوه شهادت جمعی از دانشمندان فرهیخته، فرماندهان و هم‌وطنان بی‌گناه را به پیشگاه ملت بزرگ ایران تسلیت عرض می‌دارد.
ما فرزندان کوروش کبیر، وارثان تمدنی کهن و حافظان پرچم بلند علم و آزادگی، این جنایات را نه تنها حمله‌ای به جان‌های بی‌گناه، که تعرضی به عقلانیت، پیشرفت و استقلال ملت ایران می‌دانیم.
جامعه علمی کشور با تکیه بر ایمان، دانش و میراث سترگ ایران‌زمین، در برابر این زخم‌ها خم به ابرو نخواهد آورد. راهی را که شهیدان دانش و حماسه پیمودند، با گام‌هایی استوارتر ادامه خواهیم داد.
