В вечерних новостях федеральных каналов отсутствовала какая-либо информация о массовых убийствах в Сирии. Я просмотрел эфир "Первого канала" и "Россия1". Было все: Суджа, 8 марта, Петросян в больнице. А о геноциде в пророссийской части Сирии ни слова.
Не питаю уже давно никаких иллюзий, но к такому повороту я сам не готов. Ладно нет возможности помочь, но так...
А ведь Сирия не сходила с экранов много лет. Теперь лишь одно утреннее сообщение на сайте "вестей", о том, что на базе Хмеймим укрываются сирийцы спасающиеся от произвола властей, но в той же новости пишут, что отношения с властями хорошие и российские там базы останутся.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
