🎯در جلسه ی اول از مدرسه ی مهارت های زندگی با اساس تفکر سریع و کند و ناخوداگاه غالب ذهنی انسان آشنا شدیم. و از شخصیت های جستجوگر، سازنده، میانجی گر و هدایت گر سخن گفتیم. و نقاط قوت و ضعف و رفتار شناسی هر تیپ شخصیتی را در کنار علل هورمونی و مغزی آموختیم. و در نهایت با پر کردن تست شخصیتی تیپ های غالب و مغلوب شخصیت خود را شناختیم.
