Negerkuss, Mohrenkopf – so süss wie ein Schokokuss

Für 18 Waffelböden
100 g Mehl
50 g Zucker
100 g Eier

Alles Zutaten in einer geeigneten Schüssel sehr gut verrühren.
Das Waffeleisen erhitzen und die Masse auf`s Eisen giessen. Deckel schliessen und goldgelb, knusprig ausbacken.
Die Waffel aus dem Eisen nehmen und mit einem 4 cm Ring eine runde Form ausstechen.
Auf dieser runden Waffel wird anschliessend den Eiweissschaum aufgespritzt.
