بی‌بی‌سی فارسی دریافته که دادگاه انقلاب برای وریشه مرادی، زندانی سیاسی کرد محبوس در زندان اوین، به اتهام «بغی» که مصداق قیام مسلحانه است، حکم اعدام صادر کرده است.
به گفته یکی از نزدیکان، وکلای وریشه مرادی این حکم را دیروز به او در زندان اوین اطلاع دادند.
به گفته فرد نزدیک به خانواده، حکم اعدام در حالی برای وریشه مرادی صادر شده که پیش‌تر در کیفرخواست اعمال ماده ۲۸۸ قانون مجازات اسلامی درخواست شده بود که مجازاتش حداکثر ۱۵ سال حبس است. اما قاضی صلواتی حکم اعدام را بر اساس ماده ۲۸۷ این قانون صادر کرده است.
طبق ماده ۲۸۸ قانون مجازات اسلامی، «هرگاه اعضای گروه باغی، قبل از درگیری و استفاده از سلاح، دستگیر شوند، چنانچه سازمان و مرکزیت آن وجود داشته باشد به حبس تعزیری درجه سه و در صورتی که سازمان و مرکزیت آن از بین رفته باشد به حبس تعزیری درجه پنج محکوم می‌شوند.» 🇬🇧BBCPersian
