🔺سهولت در فرآیندهای اداری و سرعت در ارائه خدمات، کیفیت رسیدگی به درخواست‌های قانونی مراجعان، نحوه رفتار با فعالان اقتصادی و تکریم ارباب‌رجوع و شفافیت و اطلاعرسانی در زمینه ارائه خدمات، چهار مولفهای هستند که عملکرد دستگاه‌‌‌ها براساس آن مورد ارزیابی فعالان اقتصادی قرار می‌گیرد.
🔺در سال 1402 فعالان اقتصادی مشارکت‌‌‌کننده، از سه‌دستگاه «سازمان بهزیستی کشور»، «نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران» و «سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاک کشور» بیشترین میزان رضایت را داشته‌‌‌اند و در مقابل از سه‌دستگاه اصلی «بانک‌مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی»، «شهرداری‌‌‌ها» و «سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور» کمترین میزان رضایت را نسبت به عملکرد سایر دستگاه‌‌‌ها اعلام کرده‌‌‌اند.
