Для "Под обложкой" это книга осени. Для меня это книга последних четырех лет. И тут всё по "Библиотекарю" - книга силы, книга памяти, книга смысла.
Как бы не была важна оценка профессионального сообщества, книга всегда про читателя и для читателя. Интересно, что скажут участники клуба. И немного страшно, конечно❤️

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
