Из них хозяйства Свердловской области произвели 875,5 тысячи тонн молока. Тюменская область дала показатель в 532,1 тысячи тонн, Челябинская область — 367,2 тысячи тонн, Курганская область — 166 тысячи тонн, Ханты-Мансийский автономный округ — 22,8 тысячи тонн, Ямало-Ненецкий автономный округ — 2,6 тысячи тонн.
Для сравнения, больше всего молока в России производят регионы Приволжского федерального округа. Наименьшие показатели дал Дальневосточный федеральный округ - 947,7 тысячи тонн. За год показатель снизился на 1,4%. Регионом с самым высоким оборотом общественного питания является Забайкальский край.
