የሀዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሴኔት ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ኮሚቴ ነሐሴ 22 ቀን 2017 ዓ/ም ባካሄደው መደበኛ ስብሰባ የመጪው አዲስ ዓመት 2018 ዓ/ም የተለያዩ አካዳሚክ ኩነቶች ካላንደር ላይ ተወያይቶ አፅድቋል::

የዩኒቨርሲቲው አካዳሚክ ካላንደር ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር መሪ ካላንደር እና ከራሱ ነባራዊ ሁኔታዎች ጋር የተናበበ እና ሀገር አቀፍ በዓላት እና ኩነቶችን ከግንዛቤ ያስገባ መሆኑ ላይ ኮሚቴው በሰፊው ተወያይቶ አፅድቆታል::

በዚህም መሰረት የ2018 ዓ/ም የቅድመ ምረቃ እና ድኅረ ምረቃ መደበኛ ተማሪዎች ምዝገባ ከመስከረም 8-9/2018 ዓ/ም የሚካሄድ ሲሆን የሁሉም የተከታታይ ትምህርት ፕሮግራም (የማታ: የዕረፍት ቀናት እና PGDT) ተማሪዎች ምዝገባ ከመስከረም 8-10/2018 ዓ/ም እንደሚሆን ታውቋል::

በካላንደሩ መሰረት የ2018 ዓ/ም መደበኛ እና ተከታታይ ትምህርት መስከረም 12/2018 ዓ/ም የሚጀመር ሲሆን የዓመቱ የተማሪዎች ምረቃ በዓል ደግሞ ሰኔ 13/2018 ዓ/ም እንደሚካሄድ ተወስኗል::
