К участию приглашается молодежь от 18 до 35 лет, а также представителей новых НКО. Главное условие — наличие проектной идеи.
В рамках сессии участники смогут доработать свои идеи в полноценный проект и представить его экспертам. Проекты-победители получат 50 тыс. рублей на реализацию своих инициатив, с возможностью увеличения суммы поддержки до 100 тыс. рублей.
Среди спикеров сессии будут ведущие федеральные эксперты в области соцпроектирования, специалисты по оценке проектов и опытные наставники по формированию эффективных команд.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
