Одно из озер удалось вернуть в собственность государства https://www.group-telegram.com/tomskoblproc/2297, а вот про то, где накопали канавы ТДСК комментировало — озера не было - https://www.group-telegram.com/ru/miliy_tomsk.com/23511 — это талые воды.
