"Сперва приезжают волонтеры - "Белый ангел" - спрашивают, - Есть дети, или нет. У нас жила девочка 17,5 лет. Приезжают на следующий день и говорят - У вас несовершеннолетний ребенок, мы его забираем, или вы уезжаете на Украину вместе с ней...".

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
