Губернатор ХМАО Наталья Комарова подписала соглашение о сотрудничестве с Президентской библиотекой в ходе международного экономического форума в Санкт-Петербурге (ПМЭФ). Об этом сообщает официальный telegram-канал окружного правительства «Югра. Официально».
«Сегодня на Петербургском международном экономическом форуме глава региона вместе генеральным директором Президентской библиотеки имени Б. Н. Ельцина Юрием Носовым подписали план мероприятий по совместной работе», — сказано в сообщении властей.
Кроме этого в ходе форума Комарова подпишет еще ряд важных соглашений с Министерством культуры РФ и Фондом Росконгресс, Корпорацией МСП, ООО „Сибур“, ПАО „Промсвязьбанк“. «Наталья Комарова проведет ряд рабочих встреч с представителями промышленных гигантов России», — сказано в сообщении властей.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
