Плюс рост цен на жилье в столице на 50–60% выглядит мощно, но нельзя забывать о том, что рубль за это время тоже сильно обесценился.
В итоге в реальном выражении владельцы квартир в типовых панельных домах с 2014 года потеряли 30,66% своих денег, владельцы жилья в хрущевках — 28,84%, а владельцы квартир в монолитных домах — 25,79%. Звучит страшно, но владение квартирой в Москве начинает приносить убытки.
Ситуацию может спасти разве что сдача квартиры в аренду. Но и на этом особенно не заработаешь. Аренда без учета стоимости ремонта, покупки мебели, текущего обслуживания жилья и временного простоя вернет примерно половину стоимости квартиры.
