Асфальтовые лепешки на улице Тургенева сошли сразу же вслед за осенними дождями

Жители снова жалуются на состояние улицы Тургенева в Томске. По ней дети пешком добираются до новой школы «Открытие». Дорога разбита, тротуара нет, ребятишки идут по обочине. Подвоза детей нет, школьный автобус пустить нельзя, поскольку «добро» из-за состояния дороги не дает ГИБДД.

Недавно здесь выполнен ямочный ремонт. Ямы заделали асфальтовыми лепешками. Но после дождей от них ничего не осталось. Проезд школьного транспорта по такой дороге, увы, невозможен. Мы по-прежнему добиваемся от мэрии Томска и администрации области полноценного ремонта этой дороги.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
