Малыши 9 месяцев находились в водной среде, в ограниченном положении, поэтому массаж, гимнастика (даже самые простые на взгляд взрослого упражнения) малышам необходимы с рождения С возрастом гимнастику можно усложнять, добавлять элементы, которые влияет на развитие двигательных навыков (перевороты, сидение и тд).
