С 1 марта 2025 года в заведениях общественного питания действует новый порядок расчётов. Согласно обновлениям в законе № 54-ФЗ (п. 5.11 ст. 1.2), кассовый чек должен формироваться до момента оплаты, сразу после того как клиент попросил счёт и сообщил способ оплаты.
