В рамках мероприятий по переводу мазутных котельных на топливные пеллеты путем реконструкции существующих и строительства новых котельных в п. Аджером запланировано строительство БМК взамен мазутной котельной ("ПМК") с мощностью 4,3 Гкал/ч. На реализацию выделен специальный казначейский кредит 78 562 640 руб.

В планах котельная должна была быть готовой уже в 4 квартале 2024 года, т.е. перед отопительным сезоном. И как же на самом деле? Да никак! Рабочие топят снег. За 78 лимонов почему бы и нет. Кстати, подрядчик ООО «Комистроймост», который построил строил мост через Лемью.
