Про «разговоры о важном» для родителей

Много шума наделали заявления министра просвещения Кравцова о решении проводить «Разговоры о важном» для родителей. Направили с коллегой Тимоновым М.Л. запрос в Министерство просвещения об обязательности (необязательности) этого нововведения и его правовой основе. Видимо, с юридическим обоснованием все не очень. В ответе об этом ни слова.

Но указано, что все образовательные мероприятия для родителей носят ДОБРОВОЛЬНЫЙ характер. Приходим к выводу, что и любая попытка принуждения к участию в «Разговорах о важном» будет незаконной.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
