А так можно, что одно рукой администрация города судится с компанией 40 🍋, а другой берет в подрядчики на 2,6 ярда?

Просто логика странная. Судиться по основании ненадлежащего исполнения договора подряда, значит есть вопросы по выполнению заказа, значит тупо есть спор между заказчиком и подрядчиком, причём в судебном порядке, а значит во внесудебном решить не удалось.

Но хуй на этот спор, когда надо построить автобусный парк, так что ли?
