او گفت: «ما به نهایی شدن توافق بسیار نزدیک هستیم. آنها باید چنین کاری را بکنند وگرنه دردسرهای زیادی برایشان بوجود خواهد آمد؛ مشکلات زیادی که قبلاً هرگز ندیده‌اند. آنها این کار را انجام خواهند داد.»
