С сегодняшнего дня запрещён поворот налево с Большой Казачьей на Аткарскую. Попасть на Аткарскую теперь можно, только объехав Привокзальную площадь. Решение принято "для увеличения пропускной способности", сообщает мэрия

Кроме того, на том же перекрёстке ликвидирован пешеходный переход через Большую Казачью, его перенесли на 30 метров ближе к Степана Разина

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
