Мероприятие объединило более 120 участников из всех регионов Южного федерального округа. Организаторы форума — Министерство науки и высшего образования РФ совместно с Российским государственным университетом туризма и сервиса при содействии Российского университета дружбы народов им. Патриса Лумумбы и Северо-Кавказского федерального университета.

Два дня участники форума будут совершенствовать свои навыки в области развития молодежного туризма по трем направлениям:
✓ научно-популярный туризм
✓ молодежный и студенческий туризм
✓ активный туризм.
