در این رویداد علمی، دانشجویان، پژوهشگران و علاقمندان به حوزه‌های علوم اعصاب می‌توانند علاوه‌بر حضور در پنل‌های تخصصی، در مسابقه ارائه مقالات علمی نیز شرکت نمایند. در پایان هر پنل به نفر اول برگزیده شده توسط هیئت داوران جایزه نقدی ۲ میلیون تومانی اهدا خواهد شد
این کنگره فرصتی ارزشمند برای تبادل علمی، کشف استعدادهای نو، و ارتقای سطح دانش تخصصی در حوزه علوم اعصاب است. بدین‌وسیله از تمامی دانشجویان و پژوهشگران علاقه‌مند دعوت می‌گردد با ثبت‌نام و حضور فعال در این رویداد، بر غنای علمی آن بیفزایند.
